Job Description:

Faisal Islamic Bank is looking for motivated and confident candidates for the position of Business Development Officer (BDO). This role is ideal for males and females who want to build a career in banking and sales. As a BDO, you will promote bank products, create new customer accounts, and meet sales targets set by the branch.

The candidate must be energetic, good at communication and able to develop strong customer relationships. Training will be provided to selected candidates.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Islamic banking products to customers

• Open new accounts and generate business for the branch

• Achieve monthly sales and business targets

• Build strong relationships with clients

• Provide guidance about bank services and account types

• Follow bank policies and maintain customer satisfaction

• Prepare daily sales reports

• Work closely with branch staff to meet goals

 

Skills Required:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic understanding of banking products

• Strong customer dealing skills

• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure

• Self-motivated and hardworking

 

Education Requirement:

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree

• BBA or MBA preferred

 

Experience:

• Fresh candidates can apply

• Sales or banking experience is a plus

30,000 – 50,000 + Incentives
